The Cool Experience of Leicester Skating
It is definitely a cool experience and a lot of fun when you are in the middle of the Leicester On Ice in Leicester skating. The rink is totally outdoors and even on the dimmest looking days it will be open. On rare occasions it does have to close however, Leicester skating outdoors is exciting and well worth the visit.
The prices for the tickets are considered more than reasonable and the ice skating sessions last 45 minutes. There are some rules just as with any public arena, although many people know its for his or her own safety.
The Leicester skating you see will also include ice marshals, something different in the world of ice skating rinks. Some places use cameras and other means, however this outdoors rink has real people in vests, out on the ice watching and assisting while the visitors skate and enjoy the session.
Everyone is included at the Leicester On Ice in the sense that there are sessions for the toddlers, and the silver skaters. And still, there are sessions where you will literally see young and aged alike skating.
A café is located nearby for those who want a warm beverage or a snack and it is open the same hours as the ice rink. People who watch from the café can see the other skating on the ice; it’s really quite an awesome sight.
Its especially a cool experience when its almost night time or the night is falling and you see others skating on the ice. But, if you are skating on the ice it is amazing at any point during the day. With no minimum age limit for children even the wee ones are able to skate. Special skates that use straps can be obtained from the ice rink for them to use for skating on the ice. The smallest skate size for children with skates without straps is actually a size 10. If a child can walk or stand they are more than welcome to skate, and its always a good idea to watch out for these little ones when skating.
